Miss Claire Easy Liner Pencil- Review, Photos, Swatches!

Hey Gurls!
Tell me what was your 1st colored eyepencil that you used? Mine was the Miss Claire Easy Liner Pencil.

Price: Rs 125/- to 150/-.. depend from where you get it from.

Miss Claire Easy Liners are available in many metallic shades. I have 2 of these in Peacock Blue & Glacier Green.  Peacock Blue as the name suggests it is a peacock blue & metallic, Glacier Green is a deep bluish green, not metallic.
Its comes in a simple retractable twist up pencils. The caps are of dull gold color & the whole body is of the same color as the product.
These liners are very soft on application. You don't need to pull or tug as it glides on very easily.  The color pay off is great too. Only 1 stroke & you get a vibrant liner. Its well pigmented. Its safe on waterline. Its great when worn as an eye shadow base. It doesn't creases for a long time.
Wish these pencils were longwear. It melts within 4 hours if you wear on bare lids. With base & e/s it doesnt budges for about 6 hours. Its smudges very easily. If you have hooded Asian eyelids then you should definitely stay away from this. If you use it as a very thick liner it will transfer to the upper lids too. It claims to be waterproof but it is not 100% proof but is water resistant.

One single swipe

3-4 swipes

on me.. for some reason ( I don't know) both the colors are looking almost same! But i swear it is very different..

Pros:
  • inexpensive
  • available in a wide range of colors
  • smart & simple packaging
  • soft & smooth on application
  • good color pay off
  • well pigmented
  • works great as e/s base
  • water resistant
Cons:
  • not longwear
  • smudges
  • transfers to eye lids
  • availability
  • no ingredients mentioned
Verdict: Miss Claire Easy Liner Pencils are great for beginners, who are trying out bright colored makeup for the 1st time. They have good variety of shades & are pocket friendly. Its very easy to apply & can be used as an e/s base too. But i wish it was smudge resistant & transfer  proof too!

If you still havent tried these yet do give it a try! I love these!

Hope you liked my review!
Have you tried Miss Claire Easy Liner Pencil yet?

  4. Hey, the colors are not really looking the same. It;s just because they are a bit close. I am getting fond of this brand even though I did not try too many products. Their eyeshadows did a great job for me actually!
