Hey Gurls!!!!
I cant believe it will be my blog's 1st anniversary next month!!! It is just so amazing to know that it will be 1 year that I started blogging! Yipieeeee!!! I feel so pro already (not really! haha :P)
So to celebrate this milestone in my wonderful blogging life I realllyyyyy wanted to give my readers something back as a token of appreciation! So i'm having a giveaway!!!

    I've been reading many blogs, but I haven't yet found any on how to decide whether a powdery eye shadow or a oil/cream-based (if that is correct) should be chosen while buying any eye shadow pallet.
